Cloud sync

Back up signed-in data and keep supported devices aligned.

Automatic sync

Signed-in profiles queue changes in the background. The action beside your name in Profile shows whether FLEX is synced, syncing, offline, or needs a retry.

Sync manually

  1. 1

    Open Profile.

  2. 2

    Select the Sync, Synced, Offline, or Retry action beside your profile name.

  3. 3

    Keep FLEX open with a connection until the action shows Synced.

Sync states

  • Synced means the latest queued work completed.
  • Syncing means FLEX is currently transferring changes.
  • Offline ready means local work can continue until a connection returns.
  • Sync issue means the last attempt needs attention or a retry.
