Restore purchases and redeem codes
Recover an entitlement or apply a supported promotional offer.

Restore access

Sign in to the FLEX account associated with the purchase.

Open FLEX Pro from Profile.
- 3
Choose Restore Purchases when shown.
- 4
Use the same Apple or payment-provider account used for the original purchase.
- 5
Wait for FLEX to refresh the entitlement.
FLEX promotion code
On supported web purchase surfaces, enter the FLEX-issued code exactly and choose Redeem. A valid code unlocks Pro on the signed-in FLEX account without starting a subscription.
Apple Offer Code
Apple subscription Offer Codes use Apple’s native redemption flow and are separate from FLEX-issued account codes.
