Live Activity
On supported iPhones, an active workout can appear as a Live Activity so timing and session status stay visible outside the app. iOS controls whether Live Activities are allowed.
Device feedback settings
- Haptic Feedback provides supported tactile responses.
- Timer Notifications can alert you when FLEX is not in the foreground.
- Timer Sound controls whether the notification includes sound.
- App Sounds controls foreground taps, timers, and workout cues.
If notifications do not appear
Complete the permission prompt inside the iPhone app, then confirm FLEX is allowed under iOS Settings > Notifications. Focus modes, silent settings, and system power behavior can affect delivery.
