Submit a report

    Open Profile.

  2. 2

    Choose Report a Bug.

  3. 3

    Describe what happened, what you expected, and whether it can be repeated.

  4. 4

    Attach optional screenshots within the count and size limits shown.

  5. 5

    Submit the report and wait for the confirmation.

Information included

The report includes the signed-in account information so support can follow up, along with the message, optional images, app version, and basic device information described in the privacy notice.
