Delete a local profile or FLEX account

Understand the difference between deleting Guest Mode data and deleting a signed-in account.

Delete a Guest profile

Guest Mode deletes the local profile on that installation. Export a backup first if you may want the data later.

Delete a signed-in account

  1. 1

    Open Profile > Data & Privacy.

  2. 2

    Choose Delete Account.

  3. 3

    Read the data and subscription warning.

  4. 4

    Type DELETE exactly as requested.

  5. 5

    Confirm the destructive action.

Subscriptions are separate
