Privacy and data use

Data associated with FLEX

Depending on the features used, FLEX may handle an account identifier, workouts, routines, custom exercises, body metrics, preferences, sync timestamps, AI workout preferences, notes, refinements, and usage, bug-report delivery information, and FLEX Pro entitlement or promotion status.

When information leaves the device

  • Signed-in cloud sync stores supported account data in Supabase.
  • AI generation sends the selected goals, constraints, reviewed description, refinements, and a compact exercise catalog to the planning service.
  • Dictation may send audio to the device or browser speech service for transcription. FLEX sends text to its workout-planning service.
  • Direct sharing sends the recipient identifier and a program or routine snapshot through FLEX’s sharing service. Saved weights, personal notes, workout history, and body metrics are excluded.
  • Bug reports send the report and attachments through FLEX support services.
  • Apple and RevenueCat process purchase and entitlement information; FLEX does not receive full payment-card details.
