Training and app terms
- Program: an ordered group of routines, often representing a training split.
- Routine: a reusable workout template containing exercises and default targets.
- Workout: one active or completed training session.
- Working set: a normal performance set used for workout and progress summaries.
- Warm-up set: preparation work marked separately from working sets.
- Superset: two or more exercises intentionally grouped during a workout.
- HIIT: guided high-intensity interval timing with work and recovery phases.
- Volume: a calculated total based on completed load and repetition data.
- Estimated 1RM: a formula-based estimate of one-repetition strength.
- Guest Mode: a local-only profile without account sync.
- PWA: the installable browser version of FLEX.
- Entitlement: the account or store status that unlocks FLEX Pro.
- Import from code: open and preview a routine or program using a five-character share code.
- Shared copy: an independent snapshot that does not follow future edits to the sender’s original.
