Welcome to FLEX
FLEX is an offline-first workout tracker for planning routines, logging training, and understanding your progress.
What would you like to do?
What FLEX does
FLEX keeps routine planning, live workout logging, exercise guidance, history, progress, and body metrics together in one focused app. Your core workout data remains available on the device even when your connection is unreliable.
The same account can be used on the web and Apple devices. Native features such as Apple Health, Apple Watch communication, Live Activities, timer notifications, and haptics require a supported Apple device and native FLEX build.
- Build reusable routines and organize them into programs.
- Log weighted, timed, distance, warm-up, superset, and HIIT work.
- Search the exercise library and review instructions, history, and charts.
- Track workouts, activity, body weight, and body-fat percentage.
- Back up and sync signed-in data across supported devices.
- Share independent program and routine copies with other FLEX accounts.
- Generate and refine programs or single routines with guided setup, a typed description, or supported dictation when FLEX Pro is active.
